Delete your sign-in data

Last updated: October 4, 2026

You can ask Shortalyze to delete the information stored when you sign in to a creator portal with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or a Facebook Page.

  1. Email support@shortalyze.com with the subject Shortalyze creator sign-in data deletion.
  2. Include the platform, the link to your social account or channel, and the brand or agency whose creator portal you use, if known. Do not send your password, access tokens or identity documents.
  3. We will confirm your request and, if necessary, ask you to verify that you control the account. We will delete the stored sign-in identifier, username, display name and sign-in timestamps, and disable the corresponding creator portal access. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

Shortalyze does not store your social account password or OAuth access tokens. Removing an authorization in the platform's settings stops its permission to verify your account; contact us as described above to delete information already stored by Shortalyze.

For Instagram, remove Shortalyze in Apps and Websites in your Instagram settings. For YouTube, you can remove the authorization in your Google Account permissions.

For Facebook, remove Shortalyze in Business integrations in your Facebook settings. Include the Facebook Page link when requesting deletion; your personal Facebook profile does not identify your creator portal.

The brand or agency manages the creator profile, agreements and payouts it holds about you. Contact it about deletion of that information. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. If you also want us to stop tracking your public social profile, include that request and the profile link in your email.

See our Privacy Policy for our use and retention of personal data and your rights.
