Referral Program Terms

These terms apply to the Shortalyze referral program and are part of our Terms of Service. Words with a capital letter have the meaning given there. The program is run by VNDCK Consulting BV, Overes 95, 3990 Peer, Belgium, company number BE 0750.489.097 ("We").

How it works

  1. Every member of an Organization has a personal referral code and link, shown on the Referrals page. You can choose your own code; it must be free, must not be a reserved word, and must not imitate Shortalyze, another company or another person. Links with an earlier code of yours keep working.
  2. A person who signs up through that link, or types the code while creating their first Organization, is the referred customer. The first code wins; one account can be referred once.
  3. When the referred customer makes their first purchase (the first invoice of a credit subscription, or a credit pack bought before 19 October 2026), two rewards are created: the referrer receives 50% of the credits of that purchase, and the referred customer receives 25% extra. Each reward is capped at 2,000 credits.
  4. Rewards are pending for 14 days. If the purchase is refunded, disputed or reversed within that time, the rewards are cancelled. After 14 days the credits are added to the Organization the account pays for.
  5. If the purchase is refunded or disputed after the credits were added, We take the credits back. The balance can go negative until it is topped up.

Who can take part

  • The referred customer must be new to Shortalyze: no earlier account, Organization or purchase, and not a member of the referrer's Organization.
  • You may not refer yourself, your own e-mail addresses, your own Stripe customer or payment method, or an account you control.
  • You may not pay, pressure or mislead anyone into using your code, buy advertising on our brand name, or post the code where it can be mistaken for an official Shortalyze offer. When you share it, say that you earn credits from it.

Review and reversal

  • We check every reward automatically. A reward whose two sides share a sign-up address, a card or a team, or a referrer with an unusual number of referrals in a short time, is held for a manual review before anything is granted. We may ask you questions and We decide in good faith.
  • We may cancel pending rewards, take back credits already granted and end your participation when these terms are breached or when We reasonably believe a reward was obtained unfairly.

Credits

Referral credits are Credits in the sense of our Terms of Service: they can be used in the Service, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or paid out, and are not refunded.

Changes

We may change the percentages, the cap, the waiting period or any other part of the program, or end it, at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after they are published on this page; rewards already pending keep the terms that applied when the purchase was made.
