Frequently asked questions
Muse answers without looking at Shortalyze. What now?
Check that the connection was approved, then ask Muse explicitly to use Shortalyze. General advice about creators is not the same as reading your numbers.
Can Muse send me a weekly recap?
Ask Muse to set up a recurring task that uses your Shortalyze connection, check its schedule and time zone, and review the first run. Shortalyze supplies the numbers; Muse runs the task.
The connection doesn't work. What should I check?
Tell Muse the connector is a remote HTTP URL with OAuth and ask for the sign-in link again. Only owners of a Shortalyze workspace can connect it.
Can the assistant change anything in Shortalyze?
No. The connector is read-only: it can't add creators, change contracts or pay anyone.
Who can connect?
An owner of the Shortalyze workspace. You pick the workspace while approving, and payout data stays off unless you switch it on.
Does it cost credits?
No. Reading your numbers through an assistant is free. Credits are only used for tracking videos.
How do I disconnect?
Open Settings in Shortalyze and disconnect the connection there. You can also remove the connector in the assistant.
