How do I connect Shortalyze to Claude or ChatGPT?
Add the Shortalyze connector in your assistant and sign in with your Shortalyze account. You then pick the organization and what the assistant may do. Only an owner of the organization can connect it.
What can my assistant see and change?
Only what you allow while connecting. Views, videos and creators are always included; money data is off unless you switch it on. Changes, like adding a creator or writing a script, are only possible for the areas you allow, and your assistant makes them only when you ask.
How do I disconnect an assistant?
Open Integrations in Shortalyze. Every connection is listed there with who made it and when it was last used, and you can disconnect it with one click. You can also remove the connector in your assistant.
How do I connect PostHog?
In Shortalyze, open Integrations, then PostHog, and click Connect PostHog. You sign in with PostHog and pick the project with your product. You can also ask your assistant: it gives you the same link. Shortalyze can only read that project.
Where do I buy credits or change my plan?
In Shortalyze, under Credits. Asking questions through an assistant uses no credits; tracking videos does, as in the dashboard.
The numbers look wrong or a video is missing. What now?
Accounts are checked a few times a day, at the times set in Settings, so a new video can take a few hours to appear. Still missing after a day? E-mail us with the link to the video and we'll look into it.
